Hou, Dajun (Chair of Board)
Born and raised in country side of China, Dajun always has concerns on education of kids in country side due to his own experience. Knowing the power of education and how education is precious for them, Dajun is passionate on volunteering activities on education for them for years As a founder and current Chair of Board of Dream Corps, Dajun has participated various activities such as organization creation, pilot project initiation, fund raising, volunteer recruitment etc. Dajun is now the representative in New Jersey and the big NYC area. Dajun got a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and also graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor degree. Dajun is now working for Lehman Brothers.

Chang, Juntao
Currently a Ph. D candidate in Physics at Texas A&M University. He received his M.S. in Optics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and B.S. in Physics from Peking University. His research area including Quantum Optics, Quantum Information and Engineering, Microscopy and Spectroscopy
He joined Dream Corps on 2006 Spring and volunteered in 2006 summer as a team leader of our Beijing site in the migrant worker's community in Qing He, Hai Dian District. His current responsibility is to identify, maintain, and contact book and library-related resources agencies and individuals within and outside China.

Chen, Huaiyuan(Harold)
Harold Chen is currently a Ph.D student in the Education, Culture, and Society Program at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. He studied cognitive science ( B.S.) and religious studies (M.A.) at Duke University. He has been a volunteer for Dream Corps since 2004.

Hu, Xing
Xing one of the founders of Dream Corps and served as the first President of the organization from 2004 to 2006. Xing was born and grew up in China before she come to Duke University for graduate studies in Public Policy in 2003. Prior to Duke University, Xing worked for three years in China's national government. She also has a Master of Laws in International Politics from Peking University (2000). Currently, Xing works with Ashoka: Innovator for the Public in the Washington D.C. metro area.

Lai, Lili
Lili was among the founders of Dream Corps. In the 2005 summer program, she was a member of the Executive Team in China, and worked meanwhile as the teamlead for the Beijing Volunteer Team building a library for an elementary school for migrant workers'children. As a PhD Candidate of Anthropology in the University of North Carolina, she is currently writing her dissertation on China's rural-urban divide which is based upon her field research in a village in Henan Province. She is also a representative of DreamCorps in that area, following up the past programs and trying to develop partnership relations in that area, Henan Province in particular.

Luo, Jun
Dr. Jun Luo is currently an assistant professor in the Cognitive Science Program, and a research associate of the faculty of Information Studies at University of Toronto while working on his doctoral dissertation for a PhD in Philosophy at Duke University, his secondary PhD. degree. Growing up in a small town in Sichuan, China, he studied Computer Science at Peking University of China, got his PhD in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from Indiana University at Bloomington. As a Ph.D. Candidate in Duke University before he went to Toronto, he was one of the founders of Dream Corps. He also co-founded the "Science, Society and Self-Awareness " Society, an intellectually group for socially committed Chinese scholars in the Triangle Area. He spent many summers in the countryside as a child, cares deeply about social justice, and believes in equal access to good education.
